The Debating Society Zürich

We were founded in 2010 by a group of students in mechanical engineering. We have since grown to become the largest debating society in Switzerland. We are internationally connected with other debating societies, particularly with the germans-speaking "Verband der Debattierclubs an Hochschulen" (VDCH), which consists of a further 70 germans-speaking clubs. Our members hail from ETH Zurich as well as the University of Zurich. We are a commission of VSETH and a member of VSUZH.
